Overall structure: the fan is composed ofimpeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, seal, base, etc.

mpeller: the blade shape is designed according to the new high-efficiency forward fan theory, After theimpeller is formed, it is corrected by static and dynamic balance, so the operation is stable and reliable.

casing: high quality steel plate is welded into a volute shell as a whole

Air inlet: it is made into a convergent streamline integral structure and fixed with the front cover plate group with bolts.

Purpose: the fan is generally used for high-pressure forced ventilation of forging furnace; it can also be used in cement dense external decomposition process, steel smelting and other special places. Air and non

corrosive,unnaturaland non viscous gases.

Applicable environment: the dust and hard particles contained shall not be greater than 150mg/m*and the maximum medium temperature shall not exceed 80 °C.
