Structural features

The fan is generally used for high -pressure forced ventilation of forging furnace; lt is widely used to transportmaterials, air and non corrosive, unnatural and non viscous gases. The dust and hard particles contained shall not be greater than 150mg /m,, and the maximum medium temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.

Type: this series is divided into N0.4 ~ 16, with a total of 13 machine numbers, The air outlet position angle is made into fixed 0° 45 ° 90° 135° 180° 225 ° at the factory, No, 4 ~ 6.3 are type a transmission and No.7.1 ~ 16 are type Dtransmission, All are single suction.

Structure: this series of fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air collector, transmission bearing box and transmission part.

1. The impeller is composed of forward curved blades, curved wheel cover, flat plate middle plate and cast steel
hub. The fan blades are 12 pieces. After forming, they are corrected by static and dynamic balance. They have good aerodynamic performance and stable operation reliability.

2. The casing is made of high-quality copper plate, formed and welded into a whole through cochlear wire.
3. The air collector is made into a convergent streamlined integral structure and fixed on the front cover plate with bolts.

4. The bearing box is made of high-quality cast iron, equipped with double row self-aligning bearing and lubricated with engine oil.

6. According to the user's needs, each machine number can be equipped with fan damping pedestal. Ordering
instructions:When ordering, the fan model, purpose, transmission form, speed, flow, total pressure (static pressure), rotation direction, outlet angle, and motor model and specification shall be indicated. lfthere are special requirements, theyshall be put forward in time when ordering.
