Product Description
Application of fan
The principle of jet (induced) fan comes from the disturbance characteristics of high-speed jet in aerodynamics. lt uses the high-speed jet with high kinetic energy to induce and disturb a large
amount of surrounding air and bring it to a specific target direction. The jet center velocity decreases gradually from the nozzle outlet point, but the jet width increases gradually, and theinduced surrounding air volume also increases gradually. On the one hand, the indoor harmfu gas is diluted, on the other hand, the indoor air is driven to flow, and the harmful gas travels to the exhaust fan along the preset air flow channel and is discharged by the exhaust fan, so as to realize good ventilation ofthe underground garage.
When the jet (induced) fan is applied to the underground garage, it can effectively reduce the concentration of harmful gas and smoke in the garage, maintain good air and improve the garage
environment. When applied to the local polluted environment, the high-pressure jet of air is used to guide a large amount of surrounding gas to the specified direction and area, so as to reduce the concentration ofwaste gas and improve air quality.
Characteristics of fan
The fan shell is made of steel plate (electrostatic epoxy spraying on the surface), flat structure, and its thickness shall ensure sufficient strength and stifness to bear the dynamic load generated by operation. Single inlet backward inclined centrifugal impeller, The driving mode is direct drive. The overall shape of the fan is a flat structure, and the motor shall be installed in the air inlet to reduce the floor height of the garage and save the civil engineering cost. The air inlet of the fan is equipped with a safety net. The impeller is aluminum backward inclined centrifugal impeller, which is fully welded. After static and dynamic balance, the impeller reaches the national level standard. When the impeller is at the maximum allowable speed, it can maintain stable air flow and low noise. The characteristics of the impeller shall effectively avoid the performance degradation caused by the sliding of the working point. The fan structure can allow the impeller to be easily drawn out, which is convenient for impeller maintenance or cleaning. The air inlet of the fan shall be designed in strict accordance with the aerodynamic characteristics, and the surface shall be smooth and streamlined to reduce turbulence, improve fan efficiency and reduce noise.
The fan is equipped with external rotor (EC) motor, and the working ambient temperature range is(- 25°c to 50℃). lt has the characteristics of compact structure, large air volume, high static pressure, low vibration, low noise, convenientinstallation, energy saving and high efficiency.
